Yes, blueberry, blackberry, pear, and pomelo. That's what was available at the market in the middle of winter. Fortunately, they make a pretty good combo!
I think this is one of the most deliciously-creative fruit galettes I've ever seen!
I've been on a citrus kick lately, and have picked up Pomelos, Ugli fruits (ha.ha.) and Clementines; I can't get enough of them. But I've been eating them out of hand. Using them in a tart never even crossed my mind.
